SMWC to Host Choral Concert in December
Saint Mary of the Woods, IN (12/02/2024) — Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College's (SMWC) Department of Arts, Letters and Music will present a Christmas Choral concert, "Songs of Mary," on Sunday, December 8 at 3 p.m. in the Church of the Immaculate Conception on the SMWC campus.
The concert will feature the SMWC Chorale and Madrigals directed by Michael Boswell, MM, director of choirs, and SMWC alumna Catherine Larson '20 as a soprano soloist. The choirs will present beautiful works, featuring Norwegian composer Kim Andre Arnesen's extended work 'Magnificat', as well as other classic carols and lullabies.
The concert is free and open to the public.
